Maloka Ventures was founded by Natalia Ramirez, who spent more than twenty years in leadership roles at some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands Christian Dior, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Chanel, where she served as Operations Director across New York and Miami. In those environments, flawless presentation and spotless standards weren't optional they were the brand.

When COVID-19 shut the world down, Natalia took on one of the most demanding cleanliness challenges of the era. As a Department of Education Coordinator for the Archdiocese of New York, she worked directly with the Superintendent of Schools to oversee cleaning and sanitation across an entire multi-county school system in NYC including its schools, preschools, and administrative offices. She implemented the rigorous protocols that kept those schools safe enough to stay open, when janitorial work wasn't just important, it was essential.

That experience running large-scale sanitation across an entire region under the highest stakes is the foundation of Maloka Ventures. Today, Natalia and her team bring the same standards, discipline, and accountability to every commercial, residential, post-construction, and government client she serves across New York City.
